International conspiracies, cloak and dagger suspects, and edge of your seat action can all be found in the novels of Steve Berry. One can expect all the qualities described above inside the covers of his books, as well as engaging characters and a fun little side lesson on some secrets many may not know about not just the U.S., but different parts of the world as well. While he has done fantastic stand-alone work, his biggest success is the Cotton Malone series, about a former top gun with the U.S. Justice Department, now a antiquarian book dealer in Copenhagen, who has been forced back into the fray of his old life to save those closest to him, as well as a nation at large. Those who enjoy a well built, well paced international mystery, then I strongly suggest Steve Berry.
