Hi Vanessa, you are young and three children, I'm 77 and not expecting anymore unless you count great grandkids.
I failed to mention Lee Child writes along the same lines as Cross, suspense type, and his main character is a guy named Reacher, bet you would enjoy his books. Got a little tired of Cornwall books, it seemed like the same thread over and over, I could almost guess how each chapter was going to turn out before I could finish it. Have you ever read A Time to Kill by John Grisham, its a really good book. I'm having my knee injected with a new serum, a shot a week, for three weeks, so I may be out of commission for that long.I'm not supposed to put my weight on that knee for 48 hours after each injection. Not looking forward to any of it.

Hi Vanessa, hope you are well. I think you would like Lee Child, he grabs you right in the beginning and gets you interested in what the book is about. I choose bedtime for reading, spouse usually goes to sleep early enough, so I can easily get in 2 hours of uninterrupted reading, and I can kill a book in 2 hours. I think both of us should join "readers
anonamous" if there is such a thing. LOL

Hi Vanessa, right now I'm finishing a new author for me, his name is Lee Child, the book Die Trying, he has written several books, so looking forward to some of the others he has written, next on the list I'm dying to start Patterson's Run for your Life, then back to Lee Child's Killing Floor.
I love to read, hope you do too. Later, Marion
