I agree with you Jean. "Trial" really opened my eyes. I also feel it was very well written. I recently read "Against Medical Advice", and it was truly fascinating. The fact that the person who the book is about is a real person amazes me.

Grandma

She's lived a long life
was loving and kind
now her time has past
She's shown the world
how much she could shine

I'll always treasure the good times. Missing her already, but knowing she's safe and not suffering anymore.
She had cancer , strokes, etc. but now she's gone on to a better place. Am thankful she had a good long life.

Hope all had a good mother's day.

Am thankful for the good friends here.

Haunted

This house is haunted...

I swear it is, from what I've smelt, seen, and heard. I feel like a freak sometimes, but this I know is true to me.

While ago, I got to hear my child laugh twice in her dream as she slept. Then from the back of the house, I heard another child crying twice. I was watching my little girl as I heard this. However, this is the weird part. No one is in this house, but my child and I. My husband is outside fixing my car, replacing a mirror on the passenger side door.

When… Continue

OK, I am a little confused, does this mean that I need to delete this chat group from my JP page. I don't understand about not being able to send messages anymore.

Your advice is helpful and means a lot more that you knew someone with brain damage. I have people who haven't known or had anyone before me have brain damage and they would give me advice that would work for someone with out brain damage, but not me. It's the stupid girl in my head, she's always tricking and manipulating me. It's nice talking to you and hearing your story. Thanks. Bye.

Hi, you left a comment on a blog of mine back on the Feb 3 or 4, I'm not sure which one, and it's been really bugging me. I know people have busy lives, and have lives, but when you see them on the computer for 10 hours straight and they can't take the time to tell you how they're doing after you ask and they know you can't handle them not answering, I'm not being the rude one. Have you ever known anyone with brain damage? The dependence is something that is just there because you're trying to grasp hold of something that will help you to not kill yourself or feel like you're drowning. You can't focus or think straight and when you get into a pattern or habit and someone just stops and breaks it unexpectedly, you go into terrible breakdowns where you consider suicide. I have scars on my arms from where too many things happened and I couldn't take it and made myself believe I was in a dream. I'm just saying, if I didn't have brain damage, I wouldn't care if someone didn't get back like normal or unexpectedly stop all together. But this brain damage is making it hard and not writing back til people write back to me is my way of gaining control and breaking the dependence. I don't know why, but that's been rolling around in my mind and I just had to tell you, not in a mean or rude way, how it's different with someone who's fine, and someone who has brain damage, which I still have. Bye.
