I'm 61, have been married for 31 years. I don't have any kids but have 3 dogs to love , will be kind of hard to have grandkids though, LOL. I also love to read murder mystery's. Especially about serial killers. Pretty gruesom, huh? Also likle to (attempt ) to have lots of flowers in the yard.

I don't know if I really have a favorite or not, I like every one I have read so far.

I didn't that much needed nap and all we did was go into town and run into walmart to get a few things and then picked up some food at Pizza Hut. We decided to try one of those P-zone things, that is like a folded over pizza but it has this different kind of cheese in it, then we also got some of those pizza rolls and they were great. It is pepperoni and string cheese. The p-zone thing was nasty. I won't be buying anymore of those things even if they are just $5. When we brought the food home to eat it, Jeron walked in with Talen so I gave the little turd most of my pizza rolls, he loves pizza and how can you turn down a little face. Well now they are all gone and I'm exhausted but now I have to cook dad some pork chops for dinner. I think I will be sleeping REALLY good by the time I get to go to bed tonight. TTYL

TO much traffic and all. I haven't been feeling all that great this week and I have the chills so bad. I have taken a nap everyday this week, I even took one with the kids Monday. I haven't told to many people. I have no energy at all and I have to drink all this coffee to just stay awake during the day. I guess I'm just getting old.,,LOL Well I think I'll take a nap now while I have the chance and dad is in the other room reading. Have fun at the craft sale. TTYL

My friend Jeff was all worried that this new friend , thats is the author was a fake. He said I should check her out on the internet first. I told him everything I needed to know was right there on her facebook page. I have the link if you want to look her up. This is her first novel. It says she has another book called The Bunkhouse but it doesn't say much about it. THere will also be another book following this one. And get this, she is from Texas and still lives in the Houston area. Look up

Sounds like your having our temps down there. It was only 15 this morning when I gort up. And tomorrow Eric wants me to go all over the city. I haven't said yes yet but I know he'll bug the crap out me until I go. So if i'm not on here you'll know why. TTYL

I'm sure she appreciates you coming to her house to sit with too. I went out to lunch today and then came home and crashed. I don't know what is up with me and having no energy anymore. I need to work at getting all my strength back. Dad had left to Christmas shopping while we were gone and I knew he would be home by dark because he only has high beams on the van. Well it was getting pretty dark out so I called him. He had been broke down all afternoon, but luckily in the parking lot of a parts store, and he called my brother to come help. They were almost home by the time I called. Now someone is kind of grumpy...LOL
Well on my facebook page I noticed I had a new friend request and it said we had 1 friend in common. When I checked that out the friend in common was James Patterson. I went ahead and accepted her as a friend just so I could see more about her. I could always unfriend her. Well anyways she is an author too. She is so sweet and even wrote me messages in my inbox so we could get to know each other better. SHe writes the same kinds of books that James does and her name is Gale Laure or Laura can't remember how to spell it right now, but the next time I'm on there I'll write down her web site so you can look her up. Now you have to get back on facebook so you can become her friend too...LOL Well I better see if dad is hungry yet TTYL

At 9:53am on December 4, 2009, Sarah Thomas said…: I had forgotten to call my uncle all week long so I took a chance and called him at 9:30 last night and he talked to me until almost midnight. I have to learn to not call people in the evening anymore. I need some sleep...LOL He was so happy to talk to someone. Now I feel guilty for not calling. I could just strangle his kids for not visiting him or calling him. He is so lonely. I wish I lived closer so I could go see him more.
You talk about cold, I turned on the TV this morning and it said it was 15 degrees outside. I went out to have my first cig. and let me tell you I BELIEVE it might be a little COLDER!!!! I need like 2 BIG coats and some of those huge gloves like they have in Alaska..LOL I am such a baby when it comes to cold weather. And this is just the beginning of December. Whats the rest of the winter going to be like. Global warming my ass. Well I need to get in the shower and then sit by the fireplace and hopr my hair drys before Eric gets here so it won't freeze when I go outside. THat really hurts..no joke

I had to have my nephew to it for me.Me and Eric ended up just moving the truck from one place to the other and not getting it to the auction. But we did make it in to town so I could get a Subway. i haven't had one in quite awhile and I was going through withdrawl like you and your hamburgers..LOL. Then I stopped at Arby's and got dad a BIG roast beef and curly fries. I didn't have to cook.YEA Now the kitchen is all cleaned up and I can relax if I can get Eric of my couch. No I'm kidding, I haven't seen much of him all week so I'm gonna give him the pc to play his solirare on . Ain't I nice, TTYL

I have heard of a few men getting it before. Eric keeps changing the time he'll get here for me to help him. He is driving me crazy. I just hope it isn't right when the sun goes down and it gets even colder out there. The news at noon said tomorrow it will be even colder with the wind chills in the low teens. Think I'll go buy some themal underware....LOL I know I'll need them by next week , Oh and some snow boots..I have to remember to put that on my list for Target. I just hate my feet being all cold and stuff. WIth the boots you can ware big warm socks too. Well I guess I better go put on all my warm stuff now in case Eric shows up before my soap is over. TTYL

I'm taking the kids there this summer, we go every other yr. It's in the 30 today. My husband works snow removal, so he has a love/hate thing w/ the snow. He likes it too snow, just not the hrs. he has to sometimes get.

I'm watching this news thing on Tigers girlfriend, it seems it must be true. She has his voice on her cell phone voice messages. He wife could take him to the bank in a divorce if she wanted too. We just had to get the propane tank filled up and it was like $400 and I sure hope that last a few months. That is the bad part of winter. We go through that stuff like crazy. Thank God we have the fireplace for heat too. Well Eric just called so I guess I better get myself ready for that cold weather out there..I hate this. TTYL

I was trying to warm up. I was going to make dad biscuits and gravy this morning but he just wanted his cheerios. Oh well maybe tomorrow. That deal with Tiger just shows that he just like every other man. Except he likes white girls and of course with all his money he can have what he wants. I'm sure that incident at his house was his wife beating his car with the golf club because she found out his girlfriends and he was trying to drive away. Thats why they're keeping under wraps. He is a billioniare so they can buy the news stations. Eric wanted me to help him move some trucks to this town just about 15 mins. from here today but I sure hope he gets his buddy to help him because it is just to cold out there to be working on cars. The wind isn't blowing here either but it is still really cold. We are ecspecting snow on Sunday I think. And then Monday the temps are going to drop into the 20's. I need to get some thicker sweats. I think mine have been washed so many times they are thinning out. Well I better get to my laundry. TTYL
