I just began the 'Women's Murder Club Series again I think these are the more complex of all of his later writings, more so than even the Cross series, until 'Cross Country' and perhaps, 'I Cross'. Mr. Patterson has definitely upped the ante when it…

I am pleased to pass on what I've enjoyed reading for pleasure, such as those authors I have already pointed out; but there are many other who write who-dun-its. Such as P.D. James, David Balducci, and Sue Grafton. Then there are the sci-phi and sus…

You know one of the advantages of reading Writers like JP or Robert B. Parker, John Sanford or Patricia Cornwell; they are all writers whose careers span roughly 25 to thirty years. Which means that you younger folk should be able to pick their earl…

Well, I am glad I am not the only one who is slow to answer messages. LOL
I spend alot of time on my facebook page with the many other people I love to have invade my space there. I work with alot of them but some of them are friends I have gotten back in touch with. Plus, me and about 10 other people are really involved in playing Farmtown on there. I don't spend much time on the JP community anymore as most of the chat group are off doing other things rite now. Me included. We will all be back in the winter. Haven't done much reading of late. Been sick. Fighting this cold. Pretty much work and home is my life rite now. The weather can't seem to make it's mind up here. Rainy, cold, warm. No wonder people are sick. Yes, I do have 2 grandsons. I hope you too are someday blessed with more little ones to spoil but for now, I say spoil the heck out of that little cutie. I haven't seen mine. Makin stay away till I get over this cold. You have a wonderful evening or day, depending on when you read this. I need to finish downloading some CD's to my computer.
Talk to you later
Karen

What are you reading

For all of you who have reservations about buying, or reading JP's 'Trial' I humbly suggest that you're doing yourself and James a disservice.
There are many nuances and utterances that "Mama Nana" and Alex might make that you may or may not understand or fully appreciate.
In their context they may seem to makes sense or, in the reading you just accept the meaning of what she said, or what she meant.
This suggestion is meant especially for all of you who may be new to The Cross books, or James P… Continue
