Dont get me wrong I love Grisham but this latest books just kinda wandered and went on and on with no real suspense or purpose......but JP keeps the suspense happening all the time......
OK. Well that would be quite disappointing, its gotten a real good rating and press.
No ive ready all of Grishmas books but this one was a snooooooooooooooooooozzeeee.....the rest of his books were great so i was really disappointed by The Associate but i loved the Firm

Im a single Dad living the life in Florida...the life being the band thing and i love it...my dau says its time to remarry so i will give that some time as soon as i rehab my severed hamstring. Used to be strictly a John Grisham and Sidney Sheldon guy but old JP definitely has me hooked. Still learning how to use my new laptop so a pic is coming and so is the second ice age...ha ha Glad to be aboard with the JP Conmmunity...we're not like those Star Wars folks are we????? Whew didnt think so

Just read the Associate by Grisham......WOW was i sadly disappointed,,,,the book droned on and on and really went no where.....well i learned my lesson and am now reading the Womens Murder Club series and again i say WOW only this time a good WOW.....i can feel what the characters are doing and saying and feeling no more straying for me.....

- Hey there! It's been a long time. I was in NC this past week visiting with family and taking a little vacation during my Spring Break. We had all four seasons...snow, rain, moderate and warm temps. How lucky can I be to get out of this hellhole for a week? I must say I am feeling a bit down today. I really don't want to be back here. I miss NC and I miss my mom. It really sucks. Can't wait to get out of south FLA. It will be a few years yet...oh, well...how are things on your end, hootie?

- Is Sail the one with the family who goes on the sailing trip and something happens to them? If that's the one, then that is a good one. There are a few JP books that I didn't much care for. I think his better books are the ones in which he doesn't have a co-author. Let me know how you like it. BTW, I am spoken for. Well...what can I say...they need to figure out how to clone more of me. LOL. TTYL.

- Hey there. It has been a while. Hope all is well with you. I am watching the Obama speech. I think I might throw up...LOL. I haven't been on this website in over a week or two. That tells you just how busy my kids are...I run them around town. My oldest is in Karate, tee-ball, and a bowling league. My philosophy is to keep him as busy and active as possible. It will keep him out of trouble. Let me know how things have been going.

- Hey...I agree...pizza can be addicting. I am trying to watch my figure. The problem is that I am bulimic but just forget to throw up. LOL. Seriously, I don't mean to make light of eating disorders...they are terrible. Just hanging out here tonight. Got off the Wii fit a little bit ago. I absolutely love it...work out and have fun at the same time. Mr. Jennifer? LOL. Not sure where he is right now??? Are you able to get around at all or are you totally incapacitated because of your injury? You haven't been able to play with your band in a while, do I have that right?

- I hope you aren't still sleeping from the pain meds. LOL. Seriously, I hope you are able to get some relief. That book is a good book, by the way. I am still trying to get through a Nicholas Sparks novel. I really don't get a lot of time to read. I will catch up in the summer though. It was a hot day down here in South FL today. A real scorcher...please send some more of that cold weather down here... : )
