Who should play Alex Cross

i think totaly agree with you i think denzal would make a great alex. i`m not sure about sampson i dont know who forest w. is so i can`t comment on him. i hope j.p. is taking this on board. morgan is to old to play alex now and not sexy enough, but i do think he is very good actor.

I feel Don Cheadle would be a great Alex Cross and also I don't feel that Forest Whittaker would be a good Sampson. Maybe Michael ........................, I can't remember his last name, he is from Chicago, played in Armageddon, & The Green Mile, he is huge and a very good actor. So what do you think? I do agree with Rick Fitts also.

Michael Clarke Duncan is the actor you are thinking of - defintely a good pick - although I have to go with Morgan Freeman as Alex.

I think Denzel Washington would be perfect for Alex Cross, too. Laz Alonso (This Christmas and Stomp the Yard), or maybe Michael Jai White (Undisputed) would be a better, younger pick. Sampson would need to be a big guy. You're thinking of Michael Clarke Duncan, but I don't think he is attractive. Idris Elba may work (not sure how big he is). Terry Crews (White Chicks) could get away with it although his head is rather wrinkly!

Its Michael Clarke Duncan and he would make an awesome Sampson in my opinion. I liked Morgan Freeman as Alex but I agree he is too old. Not feeling Don Cheadle or Denzel.

I always think of Morgan Freeman as Cross since seeing Along Came a Spider. He's cool, slick and mild tempered. Duncan may be too big as Simpson and not so agile. I think of Will Smith's son when I read about Cross' son.

never though about Alex's son, but Will Smith's son would be great in the part and his daughter as his Alex's little girl both are good little actors.
